- 2024 and 2023 Federal Tax Returns, all schedules/pages (self-employed borrower)
- Two Most Recent Paystubs covering 30 days income
- Bank Statements for the past two months (verifying funds needed to close)
- Scan of Driver's License
- Homeowner's Insurance Contact Information
- Executable Signed Sales Contract
- Copy of Earnest Monday Deposit (cancelled check)
- Real Estate Agent and Closing Attorney Contact Information
- Most Recent Mortgage Statement for any other properties owned (REO)
- E-Sign Disclosures (electronically signed loan disclosures)
Refinance Transaction:
